A Letter From the Developer
Having lived in The Village of Castle Pines since 2002, my personal relationship with the community has provided me a unique perspective as we’ve envisioned this incredible project.
From the first day of planning The Summit, our focus has been to repeat The Village at Castle Pines and the land our project will be built on. With stewardship being important to Village residents, we knew The Summit must seamlessly blend with the environment, enhance its surroundings, and deliver a lifestyle that is both elevated and unique.
The responsibility of building on such unique land in this special community is both a privilege and an honor. It’s my sincere intention to exceed the expectations of both homeowners and the community at large.
