A Letter From the Developer

Having lived in The Village of Castle Pines since 2002, my personal relationship with the community has provided me a unique perspective as we’ve envisioned this incredible project.

From the first day of planning The Summit, our focus has been to repeat The Village at Castle Pines and the land our project will be built on. With stewardship being important to Village residents, we knew The Summit must seamlessly blend with the environment, enhance its surroundings, and deliver a lifestyle that is both elevated and unique.

The responsibility of building on such unique land in this special community is both a privilege and an honor. It’s my sincere intention to exceed the expectations of both homeowners and the community at large.

The Aidan Group

In 2006, after 19 years in commercial real estate, John Niemi founded The Aidan Group to shift his focus entirely on residential development. Primarily in and around the Colorado resorts, John has planned, managed, and developed residential projects ranging from high end single-family homes to 120-unit enclaves. All of which demanded and received the highest standards in quality, design, and excellence.

Epic Homes

Chris Presley founded Epic Homes to build differently. Even as the first female president of the Denver Home Builders Association, Chris’ philosophy has always been squarely focused on listening to the customer. And by using what she learns, creating the most rewarding homebuying experience possible.
